About
My name is Shayna, (also known by my clients as 'The Pet Whisperer') and I always knew in my heart that I should be working with animals. That is why I decided to start my own pet sitting business in the summer of 2013. What pushed me to start this business because of my dog Buster. He has a lot of anxiety and we have not gone on vacation without him because he gets so scared in kennels. We wished that we knew someone who was trustworthy and loved him like their own pet that could stay with him at our house while we were away or at a wedding so he wouldn't get so worked up being crated in a kennel. And I remember saying, "Wow I should be doing this." And Nanny Wags began. I knew that this was the career for me, and I plan on continuing with my business indefinitely.
I love working with all of my furry clients. To me, it's not work & I truly care for them. I don't do this for the money. I do it because I want your pets to feel comfortable and at ease while you're away in their own environment.

From the moment she stepped out of the car, I knew I found my furbaby's new walker/sitter! She is friendly, upfront, new quite a bit about Bichon's, which made me comfortable. On her first day she sent me pictures of my boy, which eased my mind at work. I will be increasing her days as we go along and trust her to watch him on my vacation.

Shayna genuinely loves animals. She was so good with our two Maltese puppies and they loved her. She has such a bubbly personality and it gave me great relief to have her looking after my babies. I highly recommend her for all pet sitting needs.

Shayna is the consummate professional. Besides loving and caring for our dog, who believe me, is not easy, she thought to ask everything before accepting the assignment. I'm pretty sure my dog would rather live with her. She updates you while you're away, she asked about watering plants and taking in mail, she loves your pet like you do, and she is the sweetest, most patient, thorough worker I know. You won't be sorry you hired her.

Shayna is the ultimate pet sitter! She treated our cat like he was her own. She was very professional and responsible in taking care of our cat and our home while we were away. Not only did she feed him and take care of his physical needs but she also spent quality time with him. She emailed us photos of our cat so we could see how he was doing. She is truly in this business because she loves all animals. I would not hesitate to have her sit for us again when we are away.

Shayna is the absolute best, ever. Both myself and my dogs (children) have been completely won over! One of my dogs is very skeptical and can be tough, but Shayna has put in the extra effort and is now one of the best part of my babies' day! So thankful to have found her. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
