Alejandro was very good at troubleshooting the issue with the l intercom system's door buzzer. He explained what he was doing to me and able to talk to the the property manager to explain whether or not my unit was causing problems with the door buzzer.

Great experience with Alex and his father, Jimmy. His response was very prompt when the work was requested. He was readily available to come and do the work within days of being contacted. Very friendly and takes his time to explain the work required. Took his time to help me with another issue I asked him about. There were other things around the house I wanted to have done and he went around with me, looking at each thing while explaining what my options were. Will definitely use again!
