Introduction: I specialize in training women & (men!) and focusing on weight loss, total body strength/toning. I have been training for over 25 years, and I am a ACE Certified Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and Weight Management Specialist (American Council on Exercise) and Master Trainer with the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). I have a private home studio in Haverhill (Ward Hill area just off Route 125). I provide an exclusive one to one individual training atmosphere. Since this service is provided in my private home, I do not fall under the "traditional brick and mortar" gym where the general public (hundreds of people) go in and out all day, so training in my home studio is a very low risk atmosphere when compared to other public gyms & training studios. I comply fully with the CDC health & safety guidelines for COVID-19. My household is fully vaccinated, and 95% of my clients are also fully vaccinated. I have medical grade HEPA 13 air purifiers in each training room, cleaning the air every 8 minutes of all virus particles down to .1 microns (COVID microns are at least .125)! All clients must wear a mask. I also offer online Zoom training sessions as well. Zoom prices are: $25./30 min session, $40/45 min session. Venmo and Paypal are popular payment methods. My price at my home studio is $50. for 55 min sessions. I offer training packages as well. I also specialize in TRX body weight suspension training in combination with aerobic interval training, which helps with losing body fat & inches (especially in your core and belly) & gives you a full strength/toning workout all in one! My primary focus is to help facilitate a healthy lifestyle - with exercise and proper nutrition, to foster weight loss/maintenance, and to build confidence and self esteem! I do free mini consults over the phone to get acquainted and discuss your goals and how we can set up a step by step plan to achieve them! I provide a private, relaxed, informal, non judgemental atmosphere for those who are not comfortable going to a gym and who desire friendly, caring, customized attention to their needs & goals. I make training fun! (and safe!!!!) And in these COVID times, safety and peace of mind are priceless!!!!
My greatest joy is found not just in helping my clients get "results", but rather, seeing their transformation in building their self confidence, self esteem, and empower them, and to help release old behaviors and unhealthy habits and build new ones that help promote a permanent healthy lifestyle change!(not just temporary like a "diet"). I love the challenge of working with individuals, each with their own unique lives, to find more opportunities for healthy change every day! And most importantly, I love to see how client's attitudes and whole outlook on life change when they start crushing their goals and making positive changes!
