I was very pleased with my experience with Mass AIRE heating and cooling, THEY WERE ABLE TO REPAIR THE LEAK INSIDE MY WATER HEATER, AND WAS VERY HONEST THE ENTIRE WAY. I FELT COMFORTABLE THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE, AND NEVER ONCE FELT I WAS BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.

I had a great experience with Jehovanny. The heater stopped working, and they were quick in responding and providing an assessment for the fix, which was a replacement of the very outdated unit. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions with patience and professionalism. The cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes I got, and the new system is working perfectly. I really appreciate their honesty, quick response, and quality work. Highly recommend them to anyone needing heating or HVAC service!

He was very professional, punctual and very knowledgeable. He took the to explain what was going on with our system in a way that was easy to understand and made sure all our questions were answered. I had an amazing experience with Mass Aire Heating and Cooling. Jeo was professional, knowledgeable, and showed up right on time. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my system in a way that actually made sense, which I really appreciated.
You can tell he takes pride in his work everything was done cleanly, efficiently, and with attention to detail. My system is running better than ever, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free.
