- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge by the hour for weeding, pruning , trimming , etc. For a design and install it would be quoted as a job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up meeting, walk the property, get an idea of the customers likes and dislikes and what the overall achievement would be, for example are you looking for privacy, love flowers, or perhaps you want little maintenance.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
