- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
CB's has fair rates and will be lower than most competitors. I offer a 10% discount for Seniors and military veterans. Not only do I consider my customers payroll but I have done many repairs in my own home and have a solid knowledge of what the costs are for most projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is paramount. Tending to a customers needs is first and foremost but understanding the particulars of each project always takes precedent. I will always start with a written quote and breakdown of the job so there are no misunderstandings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a certificate from Bay State School of Technology which started me on my way in understanding basic electricity , plumbing and appliances. But have also worked extensively in the construction field which included framing, sheet rocking and painting. Along the way I have built many things from basic book shelves , coat closets , decks to enclosing 3 season porches.
