The person coming to the house for an estimate was very nice and knowledgeable, after a week no estimate was sent so we emailed, the response was that they were very busy and an estimate will be send by end of day tomorrow the latest.
Since nothing was sent I emailed again a couple of days after and no response. Not a good way to do business and a waste of people’s time

Our customers are our first priority! The pool in question is a total rebuild, including sub floor, and client also requested the pool be redesigned changing 8' depth to 5' depth. Floor reconstruction is a specific talent and we use a sub contractor to reconstruct such damages and requests. Unfortunately requesting such work and achieving pricing has been challenging this season due to a bad winter on Swimming pools. This client was explained this at the initial estimate appointment, and their patience ran thin. Our workmanship is first rate and our pricing is the most compatible in the market as we are a factory direct Contractor. We hope they find another company that can react with these elements in a quicker time frame, as we feel this lead to extra costs and shoddy workmanship.
