I was dealing with a stressful bathroom leak that threatened the ceiling below, and Emerson was the ultimate professional. He was extremely patient, answering all my detailed questions about the source of the leak and the state of the subfloor. He went above and beyond by taking photos of the damage as he worked, which was incredibly helpful for my records.
