Because we are a family owned and operated business we have a certain care for the client that gets overlooked by larger shops. We treat every customer with the utmost respect whether the project is large or small. Great experience working with Mark. He not only did a nice job installing an outlet and some wiring for overhead lights, but he assisted us in making some decisions on lighting fixtures that would be best for the room. We look forward to working with Mark again in the future.

Mark at Innovation was a life saver. I came to him after having hired another electrician who left me hanging, after starting the project. Not only was Mark helpful in identifying ways to reuse some of the previous electrician's work, he wasn't spiteful he didn't get the job on the first go-around. Mark finished the job in under a week for a very reasonable price, I would hire Innovation Electric again in a heartbeat.

We hired Mark and innovation electric to place track lighting, fixtures, a few floor/wall outlets, switches, and to inspect and check all the electrical in our retail space. Mark is a great guy who is very knowledgable on everything electric and helped us through the whole process. He walked us through recommended layout and gave us great resources to look into for fixtures. All of our lighting works and looks great. The only negative comment is that it seems that there were many different projects going on at the same time as ours, and our project was not alway priority. That being said, he worked with us the best he could on timing to get everything done on time. Overall, the quality of work was clean and efficient and will definitely look to innovation for other electrical work.

Paul, Thanks for the kind words and we are glad the store came out great and you guys are happy with all of it. We never want any client to feel that they were not as important as everyone else. We apologize if you may have felt that way. We are working with dozens of clients every week to hit all of the deadlines and it does get crazy at times.Our shop is busy all the time but we never take on work that we cant handle for our customers. From what I understood Mark and his crew finished everything on the project a week before the store was scheduled to open, helped you guys pick out all of the track lighting and the order and also was able to get the inspector out there to sign off on everything on short notice to ensure you guys could acquire an occupancy concern.
