- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally charge $45 an hour per employee with a minimum of one hour. If a job is straight forward we can generally get it done for you on our first visit. Bigger, more involved jobs would most likely need to be scheduled. Materials cost extra and can be purchased by the clients. We are available for assistance in purchasing appropriate materials and are willing to purchase on behalf of the client but that would be at the cost of the hourly rate. If the client prefers we can quote a job with the cost of materials and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally we will travel to your home or office to discuss the project at hand. Large jobs can be quoted, we do ask for 1/3 deposit to get started and secure a time in the schedule. Hourly jobs payments are due when the work has been completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of Vista Property Services has a Construction Supervisor's License and Home Improvement Contractor license. Employees all have their Home Improvement Contractor license.
