- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to get a visual before giving an exact price! A few photos, video or letting us do a quick drive by will let us know everything we would need to best serve you and your property!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a family-owned business, we take time to do it right. We don’t leave until you're happy with the results and We treat your home like it’s our own — no streaks, no damage, no shortcuts. After a phone call and gathering info and maybe a quick stop by to check out the area- we give you a quote. Once you sign the agreement- We give you a few dates to choose from to schedule the service. We finish the majority of our projects in 1-2 days unless otherwise noted. We expect payment same day at the end of our service by cash, Venmo, Zelle or check. Quick and simple!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re trained in soft wash systems that use the right chemical mixes and low pressure to safely clean siding, roofs, and more. We know how to adjust PSI and nozzle types for every surface — from concrete to vinyl to wood which prevents damage to your property!
