- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I understand how expensive functions can be. I'm willing to work with a budget. I won't "upsell" a client. Many DJs offer a 'budget friendly' quote and then proceed to 'upsell' ie; would you like lights - more $ - do you need a ceremony system - more $... I DO NOT do this.. my quote includes; Sound System, Ceremony System, Dance Lights, MC-DJ and Customized Music
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once someone has shown interest in my services I offer to meet in person or speak over the phone in order to answer any questions they have prior to making a final decision on hiring a DJ.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of Professional Boston area radio training in addition to many years working Mobile events and Clubs.
