Personal connection and fun. My goal is to have you and I as comfortable as possible with the entire process. Getting to really know our clients is a big thing for me. I want us to be on a friend level basis by the time your wedding hits and I want you to feel like "Its just Mark with his camera" when the flashes start going off. That way, you aren't stressing about your pictures, or how you look. I love working with people. I've been in the service industry as a bartender for over 15 years and it really helps me stand out with my photography business. I actually have passed my camera off to the bartender and swapped places to see how long it took someone to notice... Working with people and getting everyone on a comfortable level, really helps make photographs come alive. Lets have some fun and make your day hilarious and fun!

Mark at AeroSnap was great to work with. He made us feel very comfortable while taking our engagement photos and had some really creative ideas too! Mark put a lot of effort into our shoot and photo edits, and was always willing to go above and beyond to make sure we were happy. The photos turned out great and we had so many to choose from.

We met Mark this past weekend for our engagement photo session in East Boston, on the water. Because Mark is super responsive, we felt like we already knew him based on communicating for a few weeks leading up to our session, this made is easy to warm right up to him and the camera. Mark was able to capture us for who we are (spontaneous, goofy, adventurous) against some beautiful, unconventional backgrounds that have a dazzling effect! The weather was absolutely freezing which was challenging, but Mark had a great attitude and got us through it, while making us laugh. The experience was fun, lively and un-staged and the photographs we got were detailed, top notch quality and authentic! So happy with our photos and cannot wait to display them in our home! I don't think anyone else could have done a better job, and we'll keep Mark in mind for future photos!

We initially scheduled our engagement photos with Mark, based on reviews. My husband and I were nervous as we had never done a photo shoot, but Mark was so great! He kept us laughing and we felt so comfortable with him very quickly. Our engagement photos came back and were stunning. We immediately knew we needed to book him and his team for our wedding. Leading up to the wedding - Aerosnap was one of my favorite vendors to work with. Mark knows how overwhelming planning a wedding can be and he was very understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. Mark was such a wonderful addition to our wedding day! Not only does he take incredible photos, but he has such a great calming presence that really helps relax those pre-wedding jitters. The Aerosnap team are experts who like to have fun, but who clearly have passion for what they do. Aerosnap did such a wonderful job. We are in love with our wedding photos and video, and get constant compliments on them! Couldn’t have picked a better photographer and team. Mark, THANK YOU! ♥️

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts to thumbtack customers. Reasoning?? I usually use thumbtack to fill up weekends that I don't book on other platforms! Its a win win for both of us!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do weddings. This means that a personal connection is a must. I firmly believe in our 1 on 1 consultation to get to know one another, and form that connection that is needed. On your wedding day I will be getting up close and personal with every shot. Getting to know each other first will make this a better experience for both of us!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education comes from experience, hours of professional training, and working with other wedding photographers. Every wedding is a new experience. You will learn something each and every time.
