- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing by jobs similar or from experience, time also is a factor in pricing , people needed for job , if I'm covering the material in the amount of my pricing estimate , very fair and always flexible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
greet my customers politely and respectful, professional, observe project together , go over options of project, showing any previous projects if interested to make them feel comfortable and confident I'm able to complete and handle the project , going over the estimated amount options , payment down before job starts as good faith showing there not waisting my time , and the rest is to show them what needs to be done is not an issue leaving them with a smile and happiness to have worked with me
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ive always been fascinated with architecture and being good with my hands was a gift. So seeing properties around my neighborhood when I was younger abandoned and needed work on I wanted to be the person to help do that.
