Justin was on time and very professional. We had just moved into Charlestown. We had trouble getting our large couch into the apartment. Justin was there to strictly mount a TV but saw the couch outside on the deck. He said once he finished mounting the TV he would help with the couch. Honestly, I didn't think he could do it BUT he unlatched the door and to my surprise got the couch in. HE went above and beyond for us. I will definitely hire Justin again for help with any handy man needs! THANK YOU! You were a life-saver!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our equipment and pricing is very competitive with all major retailers, including all box stores , I do guarantee to beat anyone’s pricing on installation. This is how we’ve done it for many years and it works very well for us.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, I just speak with customers. I explain to him what I do what they’re looking for and we go from there. Most times it works out perfect.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Multiple trainings most equipment, manufacturers, full electronics background.
