Giancarlo painted my mother in laws entire condo on a very tight schedule and it rented out immediately after. Then he did my bathroom over, floors, tile, tub, paint, fixtures, light and outlet installation. Im so thankful for their honest and professional service!

Giancarlo and his team do amazing work!!! They are prompt, responsive and always show up when theyre supposed to. I had my bathroom renovated and I am so happy with how it came out!!! The quality of Giancarlos work is excellent! I plan on using Summit Renovations in the future and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done at their home!

Ive used Summit Renovations for 3 separate projects at my home. 1st project was interior painting, they were prompt, on time, clean and finished earlier than expected. 2nd project was exterior painting, excellent workmanship, clean, on time and finished as promised. 3rd project was refinishing exterior mahogany deck. Jean, from Summit Renovation, was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond what most contractors will do for you. I picked the wrong tiles for the bathroom and he went to Home Depot and picked out the right tile so as not to delay my project. I will hire him in my future projects.
