We had several projects around the house that needed attention. The basement walls had to be re-pointed, outside lights installed and a new dryer vent installed. The guys did a great job on everything. The brick walls in the basement needed special attention and the wall looks great. Everything was done quickly but meticulously and with an eye to detail. The cleanup was thorough and we didn't have anything left to do once the jobs were done. We have more projects that need doing and will be giving Charles a call. The prices are VERY reasonable. Great job!

Had Robert Charles replace my garage door and new opener. They were always on time and cleaned up the old door and parts, they even helped me clean some junk from my garage while they had the truck there. I have some more projects coming up and will be sure to use them again. Thank you Robert Charles

I put up a posting for a general handyman at a commercial building on Sunday night and Robert Charles replied by Monday morning expressing their interest. I called the phone number associated with the profile and left a message on Tuesday morning, asking for them to call me back so we could set something up. I did not receive a call back so tried again on Wednesday morning to no avail. I responded to the message on Thumbtack again on Thursday morning asking to be called, and by Thursday afternoon Robert called me. He said the number on file is his partner's number who may have had his phone off. I should have taken that as a sign from the beginning, especially since it is mandatory for any service calls to be responded to within 48 hours. I still wanted to give Robert Charles a chance, especially because of their background with building maintenance, so Robert and I scheduled to meet today at the building. After waiting for 15 minutes I called Robert's cell and left a voicemail. After 30 minutes I tried again, this time my call was silenced after 2 rings. Will not be trying again. I cannot deal with unreliability and no communication. My tenant was expecting a job to be handled today as was the plan, and now have to get somebody else. Would not recommend.

I showed up at the building the customer requested. He was not there at the time we agreed on, so I left after waiting for him. By the time I noticed he had. left me a voicemail , he already posted a bad review. This was his lack of being on time for a set appointment, I was there he wasn't.
