- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally like to take a look at the job before I give a price. By doing this I can give an accurate quote for materials and labor cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I initially like to speak with a new customer about what they are looking for and get preliminary details. I always want to look at the project in order to give an accurate quote on what materials will cost, the labor cost and the time to complete the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a carpenter for 25+ years and I am fully licensed and insured.
