It was very nice to work with Brett and he did us a big favor by exposing where an air duct had disconnected and basically - we had been heating the outside and didn't know it. He wrote down what we needed to buy and how to fix it and my husband did so this weekend. My son and I both have asthma and we have noticed an improvement since the ducts we cleaned.
