- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically ask the customer questions based on the information given in a request. We can then discuss by phone or online the specifics of the project. I would either schedule a time to come by and take a look to better understand the project, or schedule a time to perform the work for an agreed upon cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed electrician and have been in the field for over 10 years. I completed a four year apprenticeship and I have well over 1000 hrs of various electrical industry training. From safety to competency, I have been officially tested several ways and I am continually seeking industry education.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with residential and commercial customers over the past 10 years.
