He was very responsive and came in on time to start the project - new installation of ceiling recess lights. Due to the structural difficulties of my house the work took a lot longer than usual cases. However, he finished all my requests. Plus he also did my last minute request-replacing the old switch to a dimmable switch. He seems very honest and humble person. I think he deserves rated 10/10.
