inspection.Came the next day early on time,did through inspection.

Banner Pest responded to my thumbtack quickly and with an immediate no-fuss and reasonable quote for an ant problem in my home. Rick answered the phone when I called to schedule an appointment and he patiently answered all my questions and multiple phone calls.
Rick scheduled to see me same-day, within 2 hours of my call! He walked through the property with me and spent over 1.5 hours putting down well-explained chemicals to stop my ant problem. His work came with a 6 month warranty and he has promised to come back free-of-charge to put another spray down when I have new mulch installed. He even found remnants of an old termite tunnel that was previously unnoticed. He made sure that there was no longer an existing termite problem.
Highly recommended.

Richard Kelly responded immediately to my on line request, worked around my schedule, and arrived promptly for my appointment (even a bit early). Richard arrived with his associate and listened to my concerns. They were each extremely knowledgeable, professional, and seemed genuinely concerned. We were having a mouse issue. I was currently using another company. Rick and his associate were able to identify 2 areas in which they thought they were coming in. My previous company did not see nor mention these areas in the 2 years they were monitoring my home. Rick and his associate also inspected a portion of our attic to place additional poison. My current company refused to revisit this area after we had insulation work done. I was instructed to give the treatment (poison approved for homes with small children, pets, day cares, etc.) 2 weeks to work. We only saw one mouse after the service began which was only 3 days later so I did not call. It's now been over 2 weeks and I am cautiously optimistic that the problem is resolved. I highly recommend Banner Pest Control.

Banner Pest Control is an extremely professional service which I would more then recommend. This is a family owned company , who treats their customers with the utmost respect. I was given a free HONEST inspection of my home, and unlike a couple other companies that also did free inspections, Richard Kelly at Banner Pest was truthful, and he was not there to sell me on the biggest and baddest un-needed product. He answered all my questions before I could even ask them, and all my concerns were laid out in front of me before I could even present them, he is 100% 10 steps ahead of you at all times. Which leads me to believe he is 10 steps ahead of any problems that you may have once he does your inspection. If you're hesitating on who to choose keep in mind your problem is only getting worse, Banner Pest has it all so give them a call.
