Excellent! I would highly recommend Kassi's Cleaning Services! TLDR: Kassi and her team did a thorough job cleaning every room. She was extremely flexible on the date of the cleaning and also made sure to let me know about new availabilities. The only criticism I have is around punctuality. Make sure you have a buffer time-wise if you've got a bunch of other errands/events for that day. Detailed Review: This was my first time hiring someone to clean my home and I am thankful it was Kassi! She was extremely flexible regarding the date of the cleaning and even notified me of new availabilities days before our original appointment. Regarding the cleaning itself, Kassi and her team were VERY thorough. I have a german shepherd and a Maine coon, so you can imagine the amount of pet hair that finds its way into those hard to reach nooks and crannies... Well, this was no issue; they worked diligently to get every hair out from under the furniture and baseboards, off of the sofas, and out of the rugs! They also did a great job cleaning the floors, sinks, counters, and cabinets! However, I did notice was some of the windows had streaks in then, but this was minimal and easily fixed. The only real criticism I have is on punctuality. On the day of the cleaning, she notified me that she would have to move back the time of our appointment. This wasn't a big deal as she notified me a couple of hours before she was expected to arrive--plus I had left a buffer time-wise. However, this could have been an issue if I had other things scheduled for that day that couldn't have been easily moved around. Overall, Kassi and her team were fantastic and I will definitely hire them again (and again)!

The service done by Kassielem was amazing. She was so detailed and thorough. It was the perfect service for a house clean out before new ownership. She left the house smelling great and looking crystal clean. Kassielem was easy to work with and I will definitely be reaching out for more services when we move into our new house!

So far have had two cleanings. The first cleaning was a “heavy” clean followed by a “regular” clean two weeks later. Both cleanings exceeded my expectations. I am impressed by the time spent cleaning my home as well as the attention to detail. Very happy with Kassi’s Cleaning Services and have already recommended them to friends and family.

We had a move out cleaning. We were very pleased with the quality of the cleaning. They were so thorough. The house looked so nice and smelled fabulous. They even cleaned the woodwork around all the doors, the walls, the fridge and even the cellar door! They were professional and very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this service!
