What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a potential client contacts me we will talk about the size of the house, what the client is expecting in the cleaning, how often cleanings will be and when the client would like to start the cleanings. I can do this over the phone or we can also schedule an in home quote where the client can show me the house and get a free quote.
