- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and fair. Every project is evaluated individually, because each home and job has different needs. I offer free estimates and clear, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. The final price is based on the scope of work, surface condition, preparation required, materials, and timeline. Discounts may be available for larger projects, repeat customers or referrals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple and transparent. First, I discuss the customer’s goals, timeline, and expectations. Then I schedule a free on-site or virtual estimate to evaluate the space, take measurements, and review surface conditions. After that, I provide a clear written estimate and scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the project, protect the area, prepare all surfaces properly, complete the job with attention to detail, and finish with a final walkthrough to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional hands-on experience in painting, surface preparation, and finish work. After working as a painter, I transitioned into installing demountable and architectural glass wall systems, where precision, measurements, surface protection, and high end finishes are critical. That technical background strengthened my attention to detail and quality standards, which I now bring into every painting project.
