The project was to de-mildew a 32 quart bin of mixed family papers and photographs, a project which requires time and care (and a lack of the allergies that I unfortunately have. Raymond got the job done, and he also worked around our conflicting schedules. Aside from two completely mold-destroyed pages, everything else is now safe for me to handle, and I can now make use of it.

We hired Ray and the crew from Lowell Restorations to remediate mold from our basement. They were courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable and fast. They removed every item from the basement and cleaned every single surface (walls, beams, floors, staircase). They hauled away all of our damaged belongings and sealed and painted the walls and floors. Would highly recommend them!

Lowell Restorations removed all the mold from my unfinished basement, treated and sealed all exposed rafters and ceilings, repaired all foundation cracks and dry loked all of the foundation walls. Ray Leduc and his crew were prompt, courteous, hard working and did a thorough job. I was very pleased with Ray Leduc and his men and would recommend them to anyone.

We had a water pipe burst in our basement causing severe flooding. I contracted the repair work to Lowell Restorations (Raymond Leduc). He did a great job fixing all the water damage and made sure there wouldnt be any mold problem. They are reliable and completed their work within my budget and time. They also pointed out some pre-existing issues that had caused moisture to seep through the cemented structure and caused damage to the wood and sheet rock. I strongly recommend this company for any water damage restoration.
