For those situated farther than 15 miles, I offer the option of in-person training once a week and remote coaching for the remaining sessions. Working with Coach Tiffany has been a great experience. She is very attentive to my likes and dislikes with food and helps me make healthy plans that are enjoyable for me while also encouraging me to try new foods. She has also helped me have a more positive mindset and relationship with food. She's great with doing check ins to modify the plan if needed, go over progress and teaches me alot about the science behind nutrition and how it affects my health and weight. In fitness she is very motivational. She got me to my first ever Crossfit workout and i knew i just had to keep going. She pushes me to do my very best when I am at home or in person at the gym. If I have any injuries or am under the weather, she takes that into account and will scale back or modify the exercises so I can still get the best out of my workout. I am a person who tends to push myself too hard or get down on myself if I feel I didn't do enough during these times. She makes sure that I know listening to my body and resting when needed is just as much of a priority as working out. I am so grateful to her for everything she has done for me. She has made a huge positive impact on my life

My experience with Tiffany as a nutritional coach was one that is exceptional! Tiffany consistently shows up as an individual who is knowledgeable, reliable, and personable. She provides an easily digestable, broken-down display of information regarding nutritional needs in order to successfully implement and maintain a nutrition plan pertaining to my specific goals. This included a break down of macros, meal planning, and attainable progress monitoring. Tiffany delivers precise instruction in regards to the most beneficial work outs, and gives clear and constructive feedback on corrections. Throughout my wellness journey, she has positively encouraged me to persevere when challenges arise and continues to be a wealth of information and a pillar of support.

I don’t even know where to start. Tiff is not only just an amazing coach, but an even better human. I’ve worked with Tiff for the past three years. She elevated and supported me as an athlete and person. Tiff provided me with so much knowledge, she always met me where I was at, and knew when and how to push me, in all the right ways. She was always open to feed back, took that feedback and would come back with different, innovative ideas to help my brain understand different concepts and training modalities.
