What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based off of $150 an hour and approximate Material needed. Pricing could change once on site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For service, payment is COD. For larger projects, %50 down payment and %50 after completion. All worked covered with a 1 year warranty.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years technical high school training.
6 hours continuing education every year for Plumbing.
