FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices depend on the type of work, the materials used and the complexity of the project. I always offer a detailed and written budget before starting. In some cases, I can offer discounts for large jobs or if the client provides certain materials. I don’t charge for the first inspection or evaluation, and there are no surprise costs - everything is said in advance. I am also willing to explain each part of the budget so that the client knows exactly why he pays
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new client, the first thing I do is listen to what he needs and check the status of the ceiling. Then, I give you a clear explanation of the options you have and the materials that can be used. Then I prepare a detailed written budget, including labor, materials and estimated time. If the client approves the job, we set a start date and throughout the process I keep in touch so that he knows how we are doing. At the end, I do a review with the client to make sure he is satisfied with the work
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training has been mainly practical, working in the field for several years. In addition, I have taken courses on safety in construction, use of tools, and roof installation techniques. I have also received training in the handling of materials such as tiles, sheet and waterproof systems
