Had a bit of a snag with communicating my needs; however I am thoroughly happy with the results. I was able to spend a day on myself rather than on back breaking window cleaning. Even the skylight was done! Couldn’t be happier.

Some pros and some cons. Pros: They did the job reasonably well. I will wait a few more weeks to make sure the gutters are working well but they seem to have cleaned it and shared the photos showing it. Cons: Not the most professional. When I requested a quote, they sent me a reply but complained about how expensive it was to use Thumbtack and essentially guilted me into getting their service. I didn't even respond with a confirmation and they sent me a message saying a guy was on his way. The guy showed up, cleaned it and left a huge mess everywhere. Communication by text was not the most effective because there's clearly a language barrier. Gave them 3 stars because they were cheap and seemed to do the job (have to wait for a couple more rainstorms to confirm). Lack of professionalism prevents me from rating them any higher.
