Saveth was meticulous. His work was heavily focused on the details. Anyone that has built anything knows that the details are what separates the professionals from the amateurs. I quote and negotiate construction contacts for a living. His price (for labor) was exactly where it should be. Not everything went smooth but the measure of a contractor is how they react. Saveth stayed until the job was done, did it right, and stuck to his rate. If you decide to go with a cheaper company don’t lose this contact. I’m sure he would come back and help you with that mistake.

Saveth was great! He responded very quickly and provided me with a quote and appointment immediately. I needed some wooden storage areas in the basement broken down and a wooden platform removed. Saveth showed up on time and went above and beyond what the job asked for. I will definitely use him in the future and have already received quotes for additional projects.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly and for being so detailed and efficient. I look forward to the work to come. As a first time home buyer I have been scammed by other contractors and Saveth, the CSL for Nim's construction, seems to be different than the others.. he is thorough and very helpful
