Matt was incredibly responsive, flexible, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He clearly communicated each step and made sure I knew what to expect. I had let him know in advance about our broken elevator and the lack of a ladder, but that didn’t faze him at all. He brought his own ladder, made multiple trips up and down the stairs to gather the necessary parts, and quickly addressed the outdated wiring insulation and reset the breaker in the basement. He was accompanied by his son, who lent a helpful hand—Matt is clearly setting a great example. In the end, he replaced the broken outlet, upgraded the old light fixture, and made everything safe and functional again. We now have a properly working light without the fire hazard of the old wiring. Compared to other quotes I received, the estimate and final cost is fair for a job well done.
