I could not be happier with the work that Boris provided on myhardwood floors very professional, courteous, and prompt. Truly a professional experience from initial quote to project completion. Boris arrived on time each day and provided spot on status updates. The job began on time and was completed within the quoted time frame and most importantly, right to the penny of the quote provided. I hired Boris Hardwood floors to install laminate flooring in 3 rooms of my condo. He did a great job! The floors are beautiful and he was so clean throughout the process. He moved all my furniture for me and put it back right where it was before he started. He also put on the felt protectors under all the heavy furniture without my having to ask. He was also great about telling me how to care for my floor after it was installed to ensure I have a good experiments. He also finished the job in half the time he had originally told me! Above all else though he and his employees were kind and polite to both me and my parents ( who were helping me since I couldn't get time off work). I would highly recommend Boris Hardwood flooring to anyone!

Boris installed bamboo flooring on the main floor and also in 2 downstairs bedrooms. He is definitely quite skilled in his trade. We also wanted hardwood on our stairs and he recommended that we go with a master carpenter that he was affiliated with. We went with his sugguestion beings the stairs were not square. the carpenter came in and started to lay the red oak, but we noticed there was gaps at end of stair where it met the wall. we were told that they would fill it with wood filler.I thought the whole idea of the carpenter was to square the stairs up, which meant either working with the stringers or to at least scribe the stair so there would be no gaps. The carpenter also put tiling on our risers and left grout on the stones and pretty much did subpar work. He also attached rails to the wall with finish nails and we had to call him back to fix that. I would recommend Boris as a floor installer , but beware if a carpenter named Doug is called in

In addition to being on time, every time, Boris provided helpful insight regarding details of the job before he started. He coordinated his work seamlessly with other contractors at the site. And it didn't hurt that he was willing to work with me on the price. It's evident by his finished product that he's been doing this for decades. -RG

During our negotiations Boris was able to answer my questions and offered helpful suggestions. His estimate was not the lowest, but it was important to me that he used the top-rated urethane brand and planned to apply three coats as recommended by the manufacturer, unlike some other contractors I talked to. We agreed to start in a week. He and his crew showed on time and finished ahead of schedule. He always kept me in the loop, consulting with me about details as they arose. The floors look great.
