What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Usually I charge a flat rate or $35/hr but it could sometimes depend on the job that day.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate mostly through text and calling. I am almost always available through text and that is how I get to know my customers better. I take a look at the area which I would be cleaning at and I make an estimate that we can both agree on and it’s as easy as that! I am open to coming back regularly if we are both happy with the end result!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked with Clean net and got trained by them.
