My dining room floor was like a trampoline. As much fun as a bounce house is, I didn't want my meatballs bouncing off my dinner plate every time somebody walked through the room. Hawk swooped in and assessed the problem, explained it to me, and sent me a quote the next day. Then they came in and fixed it all up. They came when they said they were going to come, they charged what they said they were going to charge, and they did what they said they were going to do. They were responsive to my texts, answered all my questions, and reached out when appropriate. I will definitely hire them again. 100% recommend. Thanks, guys.

Our home had rotted columns that we did not know how they were constructed. Gui gave us a quote to fix, but when he discovered the rot was deeper than expected he suggested a complete replacement. He honored the cost to fix and even painted the new one to match. Overall, it was an excellent experience. His communication and professionalism are top notch. He spent time on the diagnosis and coming up with the right fix instead of the quick one.

Hired Gi's team for a precise symmetrical kitchen wall installation in a kitchen with uneven floors, walls, and ceilings--I'm not sure if any other contractor on this site could have done the work they did with the same exceptional results given these constraints. Gi checked in for every alteration to the plan and I appreciated the team's efforts and patience to ensure that I got the aesthetic look I wanted. After the installation, I called them to discuss what I thought was a discrepancy in the design vs. the installation, and they were open to making changes to line up the base cabinet widths with wall cabinets if I confirmed that there was an error in the design. Fortunately it turned out that it wasn't a error and they were working with an accurate design, but I appreciated their willingness to help me fix an issue that would have been outside of the scope of our contract. My only negative feedback is that they left my place a mess. There were discarded water bottles and sawdust on my counters, cardboard boxes and wood fragments were left on both my kitchen and living room floor and fortunately I noticed and was able clean up a water spot on my new island cabinet drawer before the lining of my drawer was damaged. That said, to be fair, we never discussed clean up at the start, and due to the challenges of the installation, I reckon they were just tired after almost 12 hours and ready to go home. This doesn't change my strong recommendation that you hire this team--just make sure to explicitly communicate expectations like cleanup at the start, and don't leave things to assumptions. You'll be in good hands if you hire Hawk Construction. See attached images (microwave installed separately by RNC Home lmprovement lnc)
