- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Included in our price is the cost of materials, a small labor fee, and scope of the project. We base our prices based on project details and ensure you get the most for your money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to provide a free estimate and understand what needs to be done. During that initial meeting we can make selections, understand what is most important, and share a proposal as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 23 years of experience in outdoor landscaping and design. Educating our team on correct installing practices is a high priority for us. We are always training to be OSHA compliant.
