Introduction: Formally educated with over 20 years experience. I'm current and certified in scientifically proven training methods and theories based on a Positive Reinforcement approach with an emphasis on dog behavior (what dogs think, why they think that way, how they communicate, and how it applies to how we "train" them) which leads to faster results through a creation of deep trust and mutual understanding. Anyone can learn how to teach a dog how to sit or stay, but truly understanding dog behavior will unlock a hidden world right before your eyes that you most likely never knew existed! I've also worked hands on with captive wolves, dogs' distant ancestors, to gain a deeper understanding of the canine mind. That experience cannot be explained in words. It's not just a job, it's my passion. My mission is spreading sound information and dispelling the many myths and assumptions about dogs regarding their motives and behaviors. Dogs are sooooo much smarter and capable than most people give credit for. I thoroughly enjoy teaching people things they've never thought of or even considered with dogs before. There are many!
