Exemplary contractor who did a superb job on my deck! Based on my recent experience, Nolasco Home Pro is an exemplary contractor. As a team they demonstrate not only professionalism and expertise, but also genuine care for and dedication to their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. I have a two story building with a deck and stairs spanning both levels. It's not a huge deck, but it's large enough to present a major expense, and a real problem if not maintained properly. It's an older deck, and was definitely in need of attention. Over the last few years, I’ve struggled to find a contractor I could trust to replace a significant number of boards and railings, as well as some structural elements, and redo some earlier work that had not been done correctly. Additionally, the entire deck needed to be cleaned and stained. Dixon of Nolasco Home Pro listened to my concerns about the deck, and my thoughts about how I wanted the job handled. He demonstrated he understood the job itself, and what I was asking for, leaving me confident that he and his team had the knowledge, expertise, and approach necessary to do the work well. The project itself went flawlessly from my perspective, despite some wet weather. Dixon communicated with me throughout so I always knew the status of the work. The crew showed up on time every day, and worked diligently. It was clear to see the progress each day. Beyond that, the job site—my yard—was left neat and clean, not only at the end of the project, but at the end of each workday. I commend Dixon and every member of the crew. Finally, the price I was quoted seemed fair – and I say that after talking to quite a few contractors – but also, it was the price I paid. There were no surprises about costs or any other aspect of the job. The job exceeded my expectations—something I don’t say lightly. I'm glad I kept looking as long as I did to find Nolasco Home Pro. I’ve already asked them back to work on some other projects. I can’t recommend Nolasco Home Pro highly enough.

Had a difficult siding job in East Boston. Siding blew off a portion of one side of our 4 family. the homes there are close together making it a difficult job. We got a very fair price and good work. I would use this company again without hesitation. I have 50 years in the real estate industry and own over 40 properties. Didn’t get there by picking bad vendors.

Dixon and his crew did an amazing job on my house. I had a green asbestos siding house. They completely redid everything he redid my back porch and made a custom-made door for a rotted basement hobbit door. We could not be any happier.! they did an amazing job. He was very responsive very professional and they showed up every day to get the job done. I will definitely be using him for future projects. Before and after pics included.
