- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The only set pricing would be a diagnostic fee for my travel,time,and evaluation and diagnosis of job. Then if you accept me doing job I discount that off the cost of job. If you choose not to do job there is a $100 diagnostic fee. Should you decide later to do the job through me I will discount fee off job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing proper communication setting them at ease that their concerns will be heard and addressed
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Military,Trade schools,apprenticeships and hands on experience, both in actual practical applications and management.
