FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the project, the condition of the surfaces, the type of painting needed, and the amount of preparation required. Interior painting, exterior painting, cabinet painting, deck staining, fence painting, and repair work can all vary in price.
We always try to provide fair and honest pricing, and we explain the details before starting the job so the customer knows what to expect.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to understand the customer’s needs and the type of painting service they are looking for. We may ask for photos, measurements, or details about the condition of the area.
After that, we provide an estimate, explain what is included, and schedule the best day and time for the service. Our goal is to communicate clearly and complete the job with quality, care, and attention to detail.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have hands-on experience with painting, surface preparation, repairs, staining, refinishing, and finishing work. Over time, we have worked on different types of residential painting projects, including interior and exterior painting.
Our experience helps us understand the importance of proper preparation, clean finishes, and careful work inside and outside the home.
