- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the property size, access, and amount of work needed. I always provide clear and fair quotes — no hidden fees. I also offer discounts for recurring services or combined seasonal packages (lawn + snow).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I offer a free estimate — either in person or through photos. Once we agree on a plan, I schedule the job and make sure every area discussed is completed to the customer’s satisfaction before finishing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gained hands-on experience through years of residential and commercial lawn care, snow removal, and cleanup work. I stay updated on proper landscaping techniques, seasonal maintenance, and safe snow removal practices.
