- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price everything by the job task. That means that if it takes us longer than we were expecting the price stays the same! And all of our pricing is upfront and in writing before we begin the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand that every issue/project is different. So we make sure to take the time to understand the nuances of every job. We think it is important for everyone to understand as much about their homes as possible so we take the time to explain what the problem is and what fix is necessary to get everything back up and running.
