Great experience. The guy showed up on time, very friendly, explaining everything and wearing a face mask (much appreciated). He cleaned up and fixed our AC which apparently was in rough shape. The price is definitely very competitive. Will definitely use his services again.

We had such a stress-free and comprehensive maintenance appointment with Ken! He arrived exactly on time, and was extremely friendly and professional. Prior to doing anything additional outside of his quoted estimate, he ran everything by us first to make sure we were okay with it. Any questions that we had, he answered fully and in a way that we could understand (as people who have little to no experience with HVAC systems). In the event that we need any other emergency services done, he will be our first call! We know that we’ll need to upgrade/replace our HVAC system in the next year or so, and I look forward to contacting Ken for that project as well. This app only allows us to choose 3 positive “qualities” - but if I could have picked all of them, I would have. Thank you, Ken! :)

AC unit would not cool. Came within 40 min of contacting me and did a diagnostic and had to go up in my tiny attic (which is full of insulation that spilled onto floor and he vacuumed it up after). Was low on Freon and he fixed that. Very professional and honest and price very reasonable. I will use him again should the need arise.

He never did anything for us...he told us the fire sensor was not working but it had just been replaced...the HVAC worked for only 2 hrs ...we called him and he came the following day and told us that it was limit switch was was barely a week old ...my husband had paid him $250 and he was going to charge us for another hour ...we hired another company resolved the problem in 5 mins...
