Patrick M. says, "Couldn’t recommend him more highly. He did an awesome job from start to finish and went way beyond what I would normally expect from an electrician. Communication was probably the best I’ve had with any contractor. He was constantly keeping me updated, calling me to make sure things kept moving, and staying on top of every detail. The biggest example was our stair lighting project. The fixtures I had originally purchased weren’t going to work, so rather than just telling me we needed to find something else, he immediately started problem-solving. He sent me different options, worked through how we could accomplish what I wanted while staying within code, and ultimately came up with a plan for a completely custom build. He even worked directly with the manufacturer to get the specs and details right before putting everything together. The finished product came out great. He also worked incredibly hard. We had some substantial work being done, and he knocked it out in days rather than stretching it over weeks, including working late to keep things moving. Most importantly, he’s just an awesome guy to work with—reliable, extremely communicative, helpful, and genuinely invested in getting the job done right. He didn’t just show up and install things; he took ownership, found solutions when we ran into problems, and made sure I was happy with the end result. Great experience all around. He did it all pretty quickly, as well as taking all of the parts of my old bed out to a dumpster for me. He even offered to rotate the mattress and help finish some other projects I had lying around, such as my curtain rod and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend."See more

I requested several estimates online, and Chronos responded almost immediately. From the beginning, they were professional, asked detailed questions about my existing systems, and requested pictures so they could better assess the project. They provided several estimates with different options, allowing me to choose the solution that best fit my needs and budget. Chronos also offered to conduct a site visit to finalize the estimate. They adjusted their schedule to accommodate my availability, arrived on time, and kept me informed by text when they were on the way and provided an estimated arrival time. After reviewing my options, I decided to move forward with Chronos. At the last minute, I expanded the project to include a third AC system. They worked with me to keep the project within my budget and, within days, arrived with all the necessary equipment and additional crew members. They handled the delivery and installation in an organized and efficient manner and had all three systems operating in time for the very hot weather. During the installation, the crew discovered a few additional issues. They discussed everything with me, listened carefully to my concerns, explained their recommendations, and addressed each issue appropriately. Once the project was completed, they removed all the old equipment and materials and left the work areas clean and orderly. This was a large project in my mind, but Chronos handled it professionally, efficiently, and with expertise.
