I had a small area of water leaking in my basement and wasnt sure what was causing it. Before contacting Ben, I had two other companies come out to inspect. One recommended installing a sump pump, and the other suggested an exterior foundation excavation to find the source of the leak. The recommendations were completely different in scope, which made me realize I needed a third opinion before moving forward.Then I found BG Foundation Repair. Ben came out within an hour, carefully inspected the area, and also checked the water pipe room next to the leak. He quickly identified a small leak from a water valve the leaking water stream was so subtle that I would never have noticed it myself.He was the only one who correctly diagnosed the real issue. Thanks to him, I avoided spending thousands of dollars on unnecessary work. I truly appreciate his honesty, responsiveness, and expertise. I wish more companies operated the way BG Foundation Repair does.

We had cracks in our foundation - Ben and Chris diagnosed the issue with photos that we sent and gave us a quote. They were very good with communicating. We hired them and they gave a date - on the day of, they confirmed their arrival time and showed up on time - assessed all aspects and got right to work. The work has a ten-year guarantee. They are courteous and professional - did the job and didn't leave a mess. Their price was also reasonable and the entire thing was a lot less stressful than we had anticipated a repair like this to be. We rarely have contractors do a job without something to complain about, but not with these guys.

Superior job! And very nice hard working crew. They really saved me by repairing the parge coating on my basement and repairing a hole in the corner where water was infiltrating. You wont be disappointed if you hire BG Foundation.
