Told me they would show up in the afternoon. Then texted me saying they’re on their way. And then few minutes later texted that they would not take the job because it’s too far away. Asked them if they don’t serve my town or if they couldn’t drive there on that particular day. No answer. They knew the location from the very beginning.
It cost me half a day and then I had to search for another contractor which caused unnecessary delay. Found a more reliable contractor in the end.

I didn’t do any work for this gentleman and also it was just way out of my range. It was about an hour and 20 minutes away from where I do work and I apologize but there’s nothing I can do. I didn’t do the scheduling or the target areas until they fixed it.
