Professional, reliable, calm under pressureExquisite Event Services were honestly a huge part of why our event went as well as it did.This was a 220 guest wedding (+ about 20 staff) at the Charles River Museum of Industry & Innovation. We were doing passed hors doeuvres, plated snacks, buffet, and beverage stationsand to make things more interesting, guests started arriving before we were even fully set up. On top of that, the kitchen situation was extremely tight. We basically had one residential oven to work with, which didnt even fit standard hotel pans.Maria stepped in right away and took control in the best way possible. She started plating hors doeuvres, kept things moving, and stayed in constant communication with me. The biggest moment was when we realized none of my pans would fit in the oven and we couldve been completely stuck there. She figured out a workaround on the spot and got everything warmed properly and out on time. She handled everything with a calm, confident approach and kept me from spiraling when things got stressful.David was running point on the service side and did a great job. He made sure all the servers were where they needed to be, checked in throughout the event, and handled anything that came up with guests. It never felt like he was just sending staff,considering how low our budget was, it felt like he was actually managing the event.The service team (6 servers) were all dressed professionally in black and carried themselves really well. They were on top of everythingrefilling drinks, clearing plates quickly, and taking care of guests without needing to be told what to do. Everything felt smooth on the floor, even though behind the scenes we were working through some real challenges.From my side as a caterer, this is where they really stood out. They took a lot of pressure off me and let me focus on the food. They were supportive, respectful, and honestly made me look a lot better in front of the client than I probably deserved given how tight things were. There were definitely multiple points during the night where I thought, this would not be going well without them. The feedback from the clients family reinforced this: Your team did a fantastic job They were very professional and the food was excellent. You pulled off an amazing feat from such a small kitchen!Overall, they were 100% worth it. Id work with them again for anythingweddings, large events, whateverand Id recommend them to any caterer that wants a solid, reliable service team that can actually handle pressure and execute.Hired as: Waitstaff
