I cannot say enough good things about this team. From the very first conversation to the last guest leaving, David and Maria went above and beyond in every single way. Planning an event can be incredibly stressful, but having them by our side made the entire experience feel effortless and enjoyable.From the moment we reached out, David was incredibly responsive and attentive. He took the time to really listen to what we were envisioning and asked all the right questions to make sure every detail was covered. Nothing felt generic or cookie-cutter, everything was thoughtfully customized to fit exactly what we wanted. He had suggestions we hadn't even thought of, and each one made the event even better than we had imagined.Maria was absolutely phenomenal on the day of the event. She has this incredible ability to be everywhere at once without ever making you feel like anything is being rushed or overlooked. She checked in with us regularly, made sure our guests were comfortable and taken care of, and handled every little hiccup behind the scenes so seamlessly that we didn't even know anything had gone off plan until after the fact.Our guests kept coming up to us throughout the night commenting on how attentive the staff was, how beautiful everything looked, and how smoothly everything ran. Professional, reliable, calm under pressureExquisite Event Services were honestly a huge part of why our event went as well as it did.This was a 220 guest wedding (+ about 20 staff) at the Charles River Museum of Industry & Innovation. We were doing passed hors doeuvres, plated snacks, buffet, and beverage stationsand to make things more interesting, guests started arriving before we were even fully set up. On top of that, the kitchen situation was extremely tight. We basically had one residential oven to work with, which didnt even fit standard hotel pans.Maria stepped in right away and took control in the best way possible. She started plating hors doeuvres, kept things moving, and stayed in constant communication with me. The biggest moment was when we realized none of my pans would fit in the oven and we couldve been completely stuck there. She figured out a workaround on the spot and got everything warmed properly and out on time. She handled everything with a calm, confident approach and kept me from spiraling when things got stressful.David was running point on the service side and did a great job. He made sure all the servers were where they needed to be, checked in throughout the event, and handled anything that came up with guests. It never felt like he was just sending staff,considering how low our budget was, it felt like he was actually managing the event.The service team (6 servers) were all dressed professionally in black and carried themselves really well. They were on top of everythingrefilling drinks, clearing plates quickly, and taking care of guests without needing to be told what to do. Everything felt smooth on the floor, even though behind the scenes we were working through some real challenges.From my side as a caterer, this is where they really stood out. They took a lot of pressure off me and let me focus on the food. They were supportive, respectful, and honestly made me look a lot better in front of the client than I probably deserved given how tight things were. There were definitely multiple points during the night where I thought, this would not be going well without them. The feedback from the clients family reinforced this: Your team did a fantastic job They were very professional and the food was excellent. You pulled off an amazing feat from such a small kitchen!Overall, they were 100% worth it. My wife (Celiac's) and I just hired BeachFire Bar and Grill to make food for our wedding. The problem is that BeachFire does not have a catering service, so we ended up hiring the team here Exquisite Events who picked up from BeachFire and catered the event for us. We worked through their manager David and he was excellent. He talked to us on the phone for hours to make sure he had a full understanding of our needs. He provided full four caterers who delivered the food from BeachFire to our wedding venue, set up all of the food with warming trays and sternos, and did all the dishes after the wedding for us. To give a sense of the scope, we ended up ordering all the food for our 150 person wedding this past weekend. This included 40 lbs of pulled pork, 30 lbs of brisket, 8 trays of smoked chicken, 15 racks of ribs, 17 trays of gluten free mac, 6 trays of baked beans, 4 trays of coleslaw, 16 trays of salad, and 10 veggie burgers on gluten free buns. David was there himself and we found him and his staff to be easy to work with, friendly, professional, punctual, and thorough. We had no hiccups and the guests raved! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs catering services for a wedding or a party.
