- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will do my best to make a estimate within your budget within proper means. Every event is different. The main details I focus on are attendee size, amount of hours played, travel time, set up and break down. Outside of that, we will discuss all of the known and unknown details of your special event to make sure everything is covered from beginning to end.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Do not ever be afraid to ask questions no matter what. Its part of my job to make sure the entire process is worry free and you are comfortable to communicate with me at anytime throughout the process. We will discuss as much details as possible make sure that your special even has what it needs and be completely transparent so we can come to an agreement that everyone is satisfied with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the industry of customer service for over 10 years. when it comes to the process of communication and knowing how to solve problems outside the box. 9 times out of 10 I am usually able to solve most problems that may arise when performing at events.
