He was diligent and focused, carrying out his work in a thoroughly professional manner. Rather than simply trying to make a deal for his business, he set out to solve the problem. Even though I never pressured him, he came to my home right away despite having to travel from far away. There are several things I truly appreciate about how he worked. He clearly understood what needed to be done, and he prioritized that over any concern for profit. That approach helped us find the best solution from the very start. When the right parts weren't available near the local Home Depot, he made a long trip to track them down — and that meant a great deal, since no one wants to see a repair delayed.
