Introduction: I am a Massachusetts certified teacher and have over 10 years experience in the teaching field, having taught on multiple continents. My professional experience has involved teaching English as a Second Language to everyone from Cameroonian refugees to Chinese high school students to Russian business executives and all levels from absolute beginners to advanced students studying for IELTS and TOEFL. Additionally, I have tutored for the SAT Verbal and Writing sections and am confident that I can tutor you or your student in any aspect of English grammar, writing, vocabulary, or composition. Other areas of expertise include: Social Studies: US History, European History, World History, US Government and Politics, Civics Languages: French, Portuguese I do not believe in one-size-fits-all approaches to teaching and take the time to get to know my students very well. I am focused on helping you achieve your goals, whether that includes higher grades, higher scores on standardized tests, or professional advancement.
